An email alias is an additional email address that doesn't have its own inbox. For instance, your company might have a user named head-geek@yourdomain.com... additionally you have the following email addresses: sales@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com, etc. these email addresses all point to the inbox for head-geek@yourdomain.com. With Borrow A Geek, you can have as many aliases as you want.
A domain alias is where a company might have multiple domain names... for instance borrowageek.ie and borrowageek.com - instead of needing two email inboxes, the email for head-geek@borrowageek.com can automatically be routed to head-geek@borrowageek.ie.
